NetRealExpo.net Solutions License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made between you ("User") and NetRealExpo.net Solutions ("NetRealExpo").

1. Grant of License.

NetRealExpo.net grants to the User, the Licensed real estate agent, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its proprietary NetRealExpo.net software modules ("Software"). The User may not use the Software for any use prohibited by law.

2. Intellectual Property Protection.

Software is intellectual property of NetRealExpo.net. This Agreement does not give User any intellectual property rights in the Software. The User agrees not to make any attempt to discover or obtain the source code for the Software.

3. Limited Warranty.

The User's exclusive remedy, and NetRealExpo.net's only obligation under any law shall be to repair or replace the Software in a reasonable period of time. This is a limited warranty and the only warranty made by NetRealExpo.net and its agents.

4. Limitation of Liability.

Under no circumstances, shall NetRealExpo.net be liable for any damages. NetRealExpo.net shall be held harmless for losses that occur relating to the use of the Software.

5. Privacy.

NetRealExpo.net undertakes to ensure that our privacy policy is adhered too. NetRealExpo.net only uses information in ways necessary to provide the NetRealExpo.net Solutions to User.

6. Use of Information.

User grants a license to NetRealExpo.net to use non-personal data that resides on the NetRealExpo.net system in ways necessary to deliver the NetRealExpo.net solution.

7. Termination.

The user may cancel his/her account at any time with 14 days notice in writing only to support@netrealexpo.net. User's license is terminated if the User violates this Agreement. Upon termination, the User must destroy all copies of the Software and related documentation. Sections 2, 3 and 4 of this Agreement shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing membership with 14 days notice in writing only to support@netrealexpo.net. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Annual non-renewing subscriptions may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial registration and the amount paid for this subscription will be refunded, except the first month fee and the initial setup fee, if the case. NetRealExpo.net will terminate the membership at the time of refund.

8. General Provisions.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between User and NetRealExpo.net and supersedes prior agreements. If any part of this Agreement is found to be void, unenforceable or invalid, it shall not affect the other parts of this Agreement.
